John Minch and Associates, Inc (JMA) is a Southern California based consulting firm committed to providing a wide variety of professional services related to natural resources and the environment. Our professional consulting services include environmental planning, management, and assessments in the areas of paleontology and archaeology.

Since 1974, JMA has conducted and written hundreds of resource studies, segments of EIR/EIS and Negative Declarations, as well as assessment, survey, mitigation monitoring, and compliance reports in paleontological, archaeological, and historical resource assessment, management and preservation. JMA has served developers of commercial, industrial and home construction concerns (large and small), various California city and county agencies, as well as Mexican governmental agencies. JMA belongs to a number of professional organizations and retains an expert, knowledgeable staff capable of fulfilling your natural resource and environmental needs.
